Raw kfc chicken at cornubia mall

Purchased 5 kfc streetwise one from the cornubia mall kfc, however the kfc was raw and I did not get the kfc buns.... Called the manager sanele adviced him the chicken was raw.

Went to return the kfc he did apologize however he gave me a new batch of chicken when I came home and decided to eat my kfc yet again it was still raw
