Raw, Flavorless Wings and Feathers, never Again @ KFC Douglasdale

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the 24 dunked wings I received from KFC Douglasdale. This was a complete waste of money. The wings tasted as though no flavour or spices were added at all, and they were undercooked—there was even a raw smell. To make matters worse, some of the wings still had feathers on them, which is completely unacceptable.

I have always been a loyal customer of KFC’s 24 dunked wings, but this order has truly let me down. On top of the poor food quality, we waited over 40 minutes on the side of the road for our drive-through order. This experience was a total showstopper and has cost KFC my loyalty on this occasion.
