RAW CHICKEN - lodged complaint 1 year ago but nothing to date was done

<p>We went to you Mountain Mill Worcester branch (might i just ad that this was more than a year ago) I bought a twister. First bite and the chicken is RAW. i lodged the complaint with head office. Got a reference number and no contact to date. I then went to your social media page on Facebook and notified them about my reference number, sent pictures and explained all again. Still nothing. This is shocking. if i bought this for my kids, they would not know to look for raw chicken and they could have gotten very ill. Hopefully we can receive the feedback here. This is disgusting.</p>
