Raw chicken and bad burger

I HAD ORDERED A SUPER SUNDAY BUCKET AND 2 X ZINGER BURGERS - Order Number: Kubeshan***. Upon taking it home and opening it the first piece of chicken was raw and the 1 burger was just thrown together in terrible placement. The manager called and asked if I still had the chicken which I said yes as it was in the fridge. He advised to take the chicken back to the store and they will replace it. I advised him that I could come in cause of my work schedule. I did discard the chicken as It was to long in my fridge and I did not get a chance to go to the store as requested. Yesterday when I had gone to the store to advise the manager that I only had a chance to come through yesterday as I only had leave yesterday, he had said that he knew nothing about this and said there was nothing he could do. This is totally unacceptable as this food which I paid for was raw and I had to discard it.
