Raw chicken

Today I bought a mega wing box at kfc inside the cape town international airport.firstly the order was wrong instead of two pieces of chicken I only received one piece.the meal I got was actually a bucket for one instead of my meal I paid for how can kfc charge me R83.80 for one piece of chicken and two wings.my biggest issue is when I started eating the chicken and both wings was still raw inside to the bone with visible blood.this is not the first time this is happening at this exact kfc its always an hour before closing when I would go and place an order and some how there's always a story like there is no chicken available or the staff is busy cleaning.i let it go because of considering the employees needs to go home also but today was the straw for me.serving a paying customer raw chicken.i suppose they cooked the chicken halfway because they need to go home.if a stores trading hours says till a certain time they must close the time it is displayed not before the time.i am also concerned about my health because I ate from the chicken and what if I get food poisoning due to the half cooked chicken.
