****** raw chicken

I purchase 2 meals from KFC silver Sands recently. I was disgusted when we ate the chicken and found some of them was half cooked. It still has ****** stains. I have called customer care and reported the incident requesting a full refund. They have done nothing about it instead they said that they would only exchange those that was raw. The lady at the customer care also states that all the pieces will not be fully cooked. Apparently it's ok for them to sell us half cooked meals. Guys please be careful as the standards of KFC has lowered alot. What do you expect when you living in South Africa. Case no:***
