RAW CHICKEN!!!!

Absolutely appalled at my last experience with the KFC branch in Sunvalley, Cape Town. Bought food for my family on Friday night only to get home and "luckily"see that the chicken in my sons wrap was raw! I unwrapped the whole wrap and ALL the chicken was raw! How is this even possible when all the equipment they cook with as timers. He could have got so sick from that! We returned it and it was replaced BUT with absolutely no apologies or customer service we should have received from such an incident. DISGUSTED! Raw chicken is dangerous - not like forgetting an item in my order!
