Raw and missing chicken

Bought 4 streetwise 2 meals yesterday on the 23rd November 2019 at the plumstead branch and 3 of the boxes of chicken. Was raw.. The 4th box only had one piece of chicken in it.. Was soo disappointed as we bought these meals for our kids to eat and they couldn't get to enjoy it.. We also couldn't return it as we left for the beach in fish hoek.. . It's also not the first time this happens at that branch.. Been buying their for years and this happened a few times already. Never complained about it.. But enough is enough.. Something should be done..
