Rat infestation partnered up with disgustingly poor service

Went to KFC Stanford Quarter to get family meal, first we were told drive thru is closed, cool we walk in and waited 15 minutes before we could order and then placed our order to only wait another 45 minutes. Now we have been watching the Uber eats and delivery guys getting stacking up fetching orders from online and we waiting no service at all. I kindly requested my money and guess what?? We had to wait yet again cause cashiers were at the back and was asked to come give us our money back she stated why? What do you mean why? It's my money why do I have to explain or beg the cashier for my money?? Baby girl didn't come give us our money and we had to ask someone else to give us our money cause we were not getting the service. Your service is disgustingly poor and when we walked out the place is infested with huge filth rats!! Huge as cats !!! Bra ice cream I bought after the first order didn't get it. Cause that's how pathetic the service is. With extremely rude cashiers.
