I asked for a soft serve cone and my friend asked for a Oreo crusher. the cashier said they do not have any ice cream as the machine is broken, when i looked at the machine it didn't seem broken but we decided to order a small meal instead. the cashier could barely speak a work of English and made me repeat myself many times. After a long back and forth of repeating myself we eventually got the order placed. while waiting to the side for the order to be placed a black lady was next and ordered a crusher for her kid and herself. the cashier happily took the order and all of a sudden the ice cream machine was working. He dispensed the treats and handed them to the customer. when our order was ready, we asked about the incident and were told \ white people don't need ice cream"we were shocked at how ****** your staff are at this branch and i will certainly be informing all who i know about this transgression.
