R99 SPECIAL ADVERTISED BUT COULDNT BE SERVED TO ME

I went to KFC Brentwood Park Ordered the Tuesday special going for R99 then the cashier went to the back then she told us that the special is discontinued , I ask her to call her manager who came and he wasn't very apologetic he was even throwing hands all over the show, he said its not him but head office, however we opted for 9 pieces which amounted to R114.79 , then we got to the office the chicken had blood inside and no ketchups, this is the second time experiencing a bad service at the said store, i mean this store is brand new ( opened in Dec already the service is very worse.
