R420 Order Lost!!!

I was going to order two 21 piece buckets around 19:45 on the 19/03/2015 but no one wanted to serve me. Other customers came after me and got served and the staff was playing the blame game. The lady told me this till only takes cash and the others take cards but the other people at the tills were serving other people although I was there first. I waiting for around 20mins but other nothing happened. This service was really putrid! I don't suggest anyone orders from there.
