R3 To Pee at KFC

I went to the KFC on 186 Church Street (in between the Jet Store and the African Bank) to buy food. After consuming the meal I decided to use the toilet before being on my way. There was a queue (not out of the ordinary in busy areas, this I understood). When I got to the front of the queue I was met by the most shocking experience ever. There, in front of the door, stood a lady in full KFC Uniform. She instructed me to PAY R3 in to the jar she was holding, (full of everybody else's money from before me) in order to use the toilet. Now having a sense of urgency I comp**** & then she handed me a few sheets of toilet paper before I could proceed, utter NONSENSE. Upon entry, I was barred by her from using the gender specific toilets upstairs as they were cordoned-off and was forced to use the DISABLED toilet like all the other patrons both MALE & FEMALE. To their defense I thought maybe they had a plumbing problem, so I returned there yesterday to Find the exact same scenario as before! <br> I have never been so DISAPPOINTED in KFC in my life! <br> One cannot assume that this is company policy. That sort of demoralization of PAYING CUSTOMERS has and never will be acceptable! <br> Who does that?
