R2 for so called charity

I am totally devastated, I asked a employee that was taking my order about the R2 that is asked for, and asked what if I do not contribute, he told me clearly that he would get a written warning, quite disturbing as it was mention that it was happening in one store well clearly that is not the case. I do no see myself supporting KFC any longer going forward.
