R1 MILLION RAND HOME OR R50000 HOME IMPROVEMENT CO

On the 4th of July 2015 I bought a streetwise 2 meal at KFC as a take away. After finishing the meal back at my office, something about a compotitiion on the tilslip caught my attention. I followed the instructions on the slip and a couple of minutes later I received a sms back from KFC.<br> The sms came with a voucher no indicating that with my next meal at KFC I won a R50 which I can use. However when I returned to KFC on the 14th of July I was informed by the manager that the voucher was only valid for 2 hours. THATS AFTER SHE CONSULTED WITH THE RELEVANT CALL CENTRE.<br> My problem is that we as customers are taken for a ride by KFC. No where up till this moment did I see a notice that these so called vouchers are valid for a specific period and even Michelle the manager was not aware of the 2 hour grace period of the voucher. <br> <br> Michelle however offered me a burger meal for the inconvenience, but I just want KFC to correct this in order to avoid this miscommunicatiin issues
