QUEUE MOVING SLOW
Yesterday 27 April 2015 at 14:30 I went to the KFC at Parow centre and the service was disgusting due to the fact that I stood in the queue from 14:30 until 15:08 in a line that was moving extremely slow and the person serving at the till could not be bothered about the fact that the store was full I mean how does a person stand in a line so long and yet by the other cashiers it was moving extremely fast as people that came in long after myself standing in another line was finished before me.Maybe they should make it a rule in KFC that if they are busy that someone from the backoffice come assist with come and getting the orders ready and calling out the numbers while the cashier concentrates on serving people in line and when the store is not busy then the cashier themselves can get the order ready as well
