Questioning the drinks they gave us

My partner and I ordered two meals accompanied by cream soder without ice as our drinks came we asked her why is the drinks less then the usual and she just said its the procedure when you don't want ice, then we told her we always buy our drinks without ice and they not as half empty as to what she game us and she just stared at us and i asked her simple question if i return the drinks do you give me full refund or half because of the ice she just looked at me and made a humming sound (mmhhh) implying ok. As we left i sad thanks for your bad service and she said okay! With a dead face showing she doesn't care
