Query about Competition entered/Bad Service

Good day

On the 24th of January, I used the Facebook Messenger platform, as well as the Twitter option to send this message below to KFC:

I bought KFC this morning at your Berea branch in Pretoria, and i was told about your competition.

The cashier insisted on helping me on my phone, and told me they would send me an SMS if I had won.

I realised now that I NEVER gave her my number, and it was web based, so how would it be registered as an entry from me?

I still have the receipt with me with the details...

Please tell me what I need to do.

To date, I have not received any feedback, no one has bothered to get a hold of me. All I have received are those automated apologies from KFC.
