Quality of food was bad

Good day I have had 5 escalations sent to the customer care line and still new market kfc manager dis not call. What type of service are you presenting at your food outlet,by not calling customers back when they complain,I bought about R359 in food and recievd no mash with my gravy and chips was full of thick red salts and the coleslaw was off ,I kept this things in my fridge for a week as evidence but to date I'm waiting for the manager to call,please look at trade route mall ,exceptional service and fresh food served I'm a regular there,it's just that on the day I bought at new market because I was in the area.i have even asked for food industry ombudsman details still waiting.The chicken we bought with order was fantastic,no issues.
