Quality of food, specifically the chicken

I'm a regular customer at KFC as I work in the centre and its a quick and convenient way to get lunch on the go. The service is great and employees are quite friendly and polite.<br> <br> But today I managed to sneak out of the office to get a quick bite and quite frankly I was disappointed.<br> <br> Firstly I love my wings but the portions they give are ridiculously small especially the wings, there is more batter than chicken on there that is not on, Secondly I've notice a trend with the KFC franchises, the chicken is being over fried, the chicken itself is hard and shrivelled up as if it was refried or microwaved for too long. I also notice that when I peeled my batter of the chicken itself it looked as though the chicken hadn't been plucked at all, there were hairs/feathers all over it.<br> <br> As a customer who regularly supports the KFC franchise I am absolutely appalled by the quality of the things you guys serve to us, this needs to be addressed
