Quality of chicken

Yesterday I had gone to the overport shell garage kfc branch , bought a kids meal and two of the 3 zinger strip meals , both the boxes of strips however were terrible , in that the chicken was partially cooked , and big pieces of fat along side it , as well as skin , this isn't as it should be as Ive had it at another branch and was very different , compared to this , the manager on duty did refund the two boxes though
