Quality not up to standard & expectations

Good day,<br> This isn't a complaint all that much but there are some things you will need to look at at your Kloof (KZN) branch at the village center. Every time i've gone there, there has been only one attendant on duty, and this during rather peek times. ALL of the times I've been there (excluding peek hours as well) my food has always been cold and not up to standard - the staff is normally quite rude as well. Even the chips taste like they have been sitting there for hours. Dry and crumbly - not soft and crispy. The bread for the buns are always stale and my chicken has ALWAYS been dry and over done. Like rubber. Guys this is KFC. You are supposed to have succulent juicy chicken. Not this **** that is being sold at this branch. The machines are always broken and people are always waiting. <br> I've taken it up now to drive an additional 10km to get to the decent branches in hillcrest which has excellent food and service opposed to what is being sold just next door. You need to focus attention to this. I see that most people in the area has learnt from this and has started to avoid it as well. I think someone needs to speak up about this.<br> <br> Thanks
