Quality and service

I have sent my complain with KFC about the quality of food they served me and they said they will call me which I am still waiting after 5 days. I think they are not taking customers seriously and they just don't care. Cold chips and buns left with 3 hours to to expire. I had to throw the food away and got a Pie at the garage as I was traveling. KFC in Centurion Lenchen & John Voster
