Q-SKIP bad service

Bad service for Q-SKIP orders, today dated 17/09/2023 was my third consecutive online order for collection from KFC Lephalale with bad service. One would think that opting for online orders and selecting collection time would be seemless however in my encounter mine had always been the complete opposite. I got to the restaurant and as always my order was not prepared and other customers were being called for their collection till i asked if my order will ever be ready only to be told that one of the items I ordered is not available and they tried calling me and i was offered to wait for the order restaurant to bring it as they had stock however my consent is why was this not arranged prior. I practically requested for a refund. The attitude they gave at all 3 encounters is absurd, from the cashiers shouting amongst one another asking if indeed the online order came through. This kind of service is totally unacceptable.
