I went to Ennerdale KFC and i was serviced by Melissa, woman is rude. Upon us ordering we asked her why there was a long que wanting to establish if there were many orders but her response was no "we are busy" when we got to the collection window we were told to wait for 11 minutes. I resfused to move and i demanded that she comes to the window, when she came she told us that we were *****. I then told her that i wont move aside and her response was that we can suit ourselves by standing on the window. What a service we received. Is that how KFC operates????
