Putrid service from KFC GRASSY PARK

Horrible experience at Kfc grassy park cape town. I was standing in the drive through from 6:20am. The trading time is 6:30 - 22:00. Someone came to tell me that they only open at 6:30, I said it's fine no problem so I waited. It is now 6:45 and yet the branch is still closed with staff sitting around in the branch, I hooted and nobody came to take my order. This is pathetic and this will be the last time I ever come to this Kfc.... so much for customer service. You just lost a loyal customer.
