I am totally shocked and appalled by the service of kfc chatsworth centre and the national delivery call centre. I placed an order for delivery and you took my money only to say that you cannot proceed with the order. The money is gone of my account and I try to call kfc chatsworth 10 times and no answer. I call national delivery line Nomfundo puts me on hold for 10 mins to track my order and then cuts the call on me. When i call back they do not answer because they say my number they answer and then cut the call. Your staff should be ashamed of them selves. Whatever the economic situation or educational qualifications do your job. Don't be worthless
