Putrid customer service

Good day,

I am completely annoyed at the pathetic service I am receiving from your company.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELED WITH NO PROPER REASON FROM TWO DIFFERENT STORES. MY MONEY WAS DEDUCTED AND I GOT A CALL STATING IT WILL BE REFUNDED AND NOTHING TO DATE. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.

It has been more than a week now and I still did not get anything but you guys are quick to deduct from my account. Why not do the reversal immediately when canceled.

I know the amount is quite nothing, BUT IT IS THE PRINCIPLE. DO NOT TAKE MY MONEY IF YOU CANCELED MY ORDER AND I GOT NO FOOD.

I can't just go into store order something and walk out without paying, let alone order online and checkout with no payment so why deduct from my account without refunding.

I will see how quick I get a response now because I sent an email about two days ago. Prior to this I received emails and a call just to make me seem as though my issue is being looked into then nothing.

Is this the type of service you guys provide, if so again DISGUSTING.
