Pull up your socks KFC!

Following feedback is specifically KFC Kuilsriver just off the main road near Kuilsriver Hospital.

Please employ people that are able to efficiently communicate in English. After repeating our order no less than 4 times the lady still did not know what we needed. Our order was actually pretty simple. We would like 5 x 10 dunked wings. That's it. 50 dunked wings. Nothing more, nothing less. Is this so hard to comprehend?

Secondly when we eventually got the order accross, we requested that we used the handheld card machine to pay instead of the mounted one, due to security concerns. This was apparently a huge effort. - So we left. Poor service.

The following is for KFC franchise:

Firstly, Please get rid of the wall mounted machines as we can clearly see the pin of the people using them from a mile away. This is a huge security risk.

Secondly, please ensure that your consistency of your zinger and dunked wings are equally flavored for all branches. I love them, but sometimes they are sooo hot that we are not able to eat them, depending on the branch you purchase from.
