PTA KFCs not replacing mash with fries on a streetwise pap

I haven't been to Pretoria and got mash with my meals at 2 KFCs for the 6th time now. They refused to replace the side with fries and I just think it's very unfair that they make people pay for something that's not there and to refuse to replace it with another side and still charge the same price.
