Proper training required

Yesterday 31 March 2016 I went to KFC after a long days work, I used the drive thru service and was met by a guy that greeted me properly. He took my order in a professional manner and I went to pay at the next window. I can by the next window and while paying, from the corner of my eye I see the food chucked inside the boxes and into the bag. My order was as follow:<br> <br> 1 x Wicked Zinger Box meal<br> 1 x Colonel Burger meal<br> 1 x Liqui Fruit<br> <br> On my way home I told my wife something is wrong. We took the food out and I saw my Wicked Zinger meal was wrong. A normal burger with a piece of chicken. I went back and told them my order was wrong and they took my meal to the back (while looking through the machines) I saw them taking the burger apart, putting sauce on and close it up. When the lady brought my meal back, I asked her if they made me a new burger etc and she promised it was a new meal. I got in the car and opened it up and it was the same burger, ice cold and the chicken fillet was like rubber. I gave my food to a homeless guy, drove off to Mcdonalds where I got something to eat. They are welcome to look at the CCTV, I will never buy there again.
