Promotional items sold out before time to order

How is it that its not time to place an order on Mr D. As orders can only be placed from 8am. However the promotion breakfast is already sold out!!! How is the remotely possible. Who is able yo order before 8am. And why is this item on promotion as buy 1 get 1 free if it is sold out before the time we could order. This is just a ****!!!! KFC is forever having no stock or promotional items already sold... Wonder who is actually buying this.
