Promise not kept

Morning<br> <br> I just returned from your KFC branch in Bryanston and while I was there I place an order for a Zinger burger and two crunch burgers with extra sauce, However the cashier did not give me a receipt for my purchase and when I received my order I called the manager and show him the board where it is written that if you do not received a receipt your meal is free. This however did not happened when I addressed it with the manager and they said I can leave.<br> <br> Why do KFC commits itself in writing and do not adhere to there commitment.<br> <br> I personally will not support the brand again as they lie to customer whilst it is in writing.<br> <br> Regards<br> Byron
