such a horrible service I received at KFC workshop in Durban I just went there to get something to eat during my lunch time I purchased a variety than I got my sleep than I wait aside looking at the screen for my order if it ready for collection but there was nothing on the screen and all the customers who came after me got they orders before me , I keep on waiting almost for 20 minutes , I then decided to go and ask the lady who was serving orders she then asked her colleagues to do it for me not even explaining why my order is not on screen why they keep me waiting for such long time , again I have to wait for another 20 minutes whist they were doing my order, I ended up being late for my lunch at work , I was so disappointed , its seems as if they only serve if they know you
