I wish I could do the voice recording to express how I feel at the moment. I sent my 2 boys to buy 3 box clever box meals (R60) the one that comes with fountain soda. They ordered using those machines at the store because they were using a bank card. When they collected the food they were told that the cold drink machine was not working and they were FORCED to take water which they refused. They came back without cold drinks, and when I asked they said they were advised that there was no cold drink and they didn't want to take their meal with water. Mind you I paid the full amount. I went back to the store to try and understand. I was told that I could swap with water, but I told them straight I didn't want to do any swap. The "manager went inside and all of a sudden the cold drink machine was working. I asked how, and her answer was, "You are demanding a cold drink so I will give you from the machine that is not working" I felt like screaming, that lady has a nerve and she is very disrespectful. I demanded a refund and it was given with no apology at all. The service there is very poor and they don't care about their customers. They know that they are the only ones close to the rank where people pass and buy because they must go and catch a taxi. Please FIX KFC at Bree and Sauer Street for our fellow people. They just don't care. The service is disgusting.
