Problematic and disappointing KFC

I’ve about had it with KFC!!

I find it extremely difficult how a chicken franchise can not have chicken and make you wait half an hour only to tell you that you would now have to wait another half an hour because they are frying chicken.

Also, twice in one week I had a missing piece of chicken from my order. I’ve always just trusted that what I’ve ordered was in the bag of food, I think everyone does. Obviously upon discovering that there’s chicken missing I can’t go back because who would believe me after I’d already taken the food away from the store.

KFC has recently been such a disappointment and definitely one of my last options for takeaways now.
