Problem after problem

Nearly everytime we go to KFC there is something wrong. Often let it slide until we can't take it anymore. We never get what we ask for and yet again tonight it was the same story. The teller takes down the wrong order and when we point it out staff have a long chat about it letting us wait, fail to call the manager when asked to do so and when ask a second time the manager Carlo finally arrives he just glares at us, does not offer an apology, or offer a solution. Finally we were given what we ordered, but after all this the food is cold and we have a bad taste in our mouths once again. If it happened once or twice, I can understand but we so rarely have an incident-free order (and this is not an over exaggeration) that we feel we have to complain. It doesn't only give KFC a bad name, but Plett is a holiday town and we really don't want our tourists to experience the same thing.
