Potchefstroom Im disappointed

Im so disappointed in the Potchefstroom branch for the lady consultant to not give me my coldrink that I had to pay extra for. Is it not the duty of the worker to make sure that we are served everything when at the drive thru? After spending over 15mins waiting for wings to be prepared
