Postmasburg KFC *****ing from paying customers

Please make sure you recieve all items paid for at KFC drive Thru Postmasburg. If this was the only time then you cannot complain, honest mistake then. Im definately not driving back for one item, but KFC Postmasburg is unprofessional as can get, spoke to a manager and he said that next time they will give me something extra.... What the hell is he saying, and thats a manager. I rest my case.
