Poor.KFC hoop lane Durban I do want a response ASAP.

Fast food???.Well NO!!! The amount of times I’ve been to the place and the terrible service was given to me,terrible cold food,and taking more of my time that I was willing. Today I order 1 sunrise krusher at 17:30pm,I received that 1 sunrise krusher at 17:52pm and that was after I requested for my order,imagine the frustration after waiting 20mins for something that should take you two minutes to make and watch another customer who is standing at the till and just given their order to the cashier and get their ice-cream so then that’s when I had to request where is my order and the cashier just looks at me and says “it’s being prepared”...it took them 22 minutes to give me a sunrise krusher,and this is not the first time that they have taken their time with orders that not suppose to take that long,I had tried to refrain from doing this but I’m ****ed off to a level where I would swear everyone single person working there but no one deserves that for doing the job but this staff do not do their jobs properly,i may not work for kfc but I work for a similar company and customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority So what I do want this kfc to is go get more effective staff,have enough staff to take orders,pack take outs and hand it over with speed as it is their job to work fast and efficiently
