Poor treatment from Delft Mall KFC

Yesterday around too 8 pm I went to KFC delft mall to buy my kids and myself streetwise three pap x3 and I must say the treatment I received from that store was shocking and had to take pictures including videos as evidence.

I stood on the drive through for over 30 minutes just to be told that they don't have streetwise pap. That's when I ask the lady who was assisting me why you guys you always don't have streetwise pap. That answer I received was that "Buti what must I do if we don't have streetwise pap" with a stinking attitude. Out of frustration I requested to speak to the manager and I was told the manager is not in and I requested someone who is in charge and I was told that the person is too busy doesn't have time to come and listen to my grievance.

I had to come out of my car and went inside the store, tried speaking to them but I was called ISIDENGE(stupid) by one of the staff simply because I was taking a videos. While taking a video you could see that they are not willing to help me by the way who want to help ISIDINGE. I had to drive from Delft to Kuilsriver to buy Streetwise three because my family needed something to eat. The service I received from Kuilriver KFC compared to KFC Delft mall you could swear those are two different brands.

My question to KFC is this how you train your staff to insult paying clients simply because that are complaining. Was wrong to ask why you guy most of the time when I come here there is no streetwise pap. Again was I wrong to ask for a manager and lastly do you give your employees rights to call customers IZIDENGE(Stupid) simply because they are complaining?
