Poor Treatment

When being in a very long queue at KFC Wanderers street, being tired and needing a toilet, while queuing with my grandchildren, I left the grandkids in the queue and I went to request for the toilet the staff refused me the toilet saying I must buy first even after explaining that I'm in the queue to buy and I left my grandchildren in the queue. I'm pressed and I have a running tummy. They still refused, what kind of inhuman rule is that, that I need a slip to go to the loo. Even though I requested to see the manager they refused. This event occurred on the 16 June 2022. What a terrible experience especially on youth day. a KFC customer for years I was refused to go to the toilet.
