Poor to say the least

Went to KFC florentia on Saturday Morning, Thought we would try the breakfast Menu.

Well firstly no menu was up at all, we asked the order taking lady what was available, she explained and we ordered. The breakfast meal with a wrap, chips and a coffee.

Get to the Window, the guys does almost understand no english. They have no sweeteners for the coffee, they give us only the wraps, no chips, I enquire and he asks someone else, then says nope their is none with the meal. a car was behind us, as this was taking some time already, and he was so rude. Due to an urgent appointment I drove off. However We paid just shy of a R100.00 for a wrap and coffee, the staff are untrained, uneducated and rude, and nobody has a clue. Use to be a KFC fan, but getting ****** has changed that.
