Poor standards

Went to KFC in Collins Crescent, Sasolburg. Hoping by now that they have upped their standards as we didn't order from them in a few months due to the bad service. Ordered 2 fully loaded box meals, one normal and one zinger only to hear that there is no chicken fillets for the normal box meal. Had to wait for about 15 minutes in the customer parking because there was no zinger wings available so by now we are a bit frustrated to say the least, don't know if everyone understand the term drive-thru. When we got home there is no zinger sauce on the zinger burger, and the mash and gravy received with the meals looks like a dry clump of mash with almost no gravy. Guess we won't be ordering KFC again.
