Poor Service/Unfresh Food

Was at KFC in Lotus about an hour ago and got 6 piece family feast with 2 large chips (taste like they were made hours ago and just reheated)with a side 4 wings(dry),2 mini burgers(nothing fresh about it about it at all) and 2 mini pops(also not fresh).Where is the pride in what we serve?It's almost a norm to receive such service in some of our local franchises!
