Poor services.

I just want to congratulate KFC Silver Oakes for a very bad and poor experience. Ordered 2 crunch burgers and received 2 snack burgers. I took my order back and they refused to refund me instead they replaced the one burger with chips. Surely this is ****************. I'm working close to the kfc branch and used to refer my customers for lunch. Unfortunately I will not referring anymore. This kfc branch won't see me again. Thank you for your poor services.
