Poor service yet again at KFC COASTLANDS

KFC COASTLANDS UMHLANGA i ordered food for over R300 on Sunday that past at 10:20am at 10:35 when I went to see why my food is taking so long, the staff advises that i need to wait a further 15min as the chicken is not ready... why was this not declared upfront at the cashier as surely this should of been communicated... going onto 11am my food was still not readay, I addressed this with the manager who after a while just laughed at me(Please view the cameras) I still have my receipt . which the manger took and still gave us incorrect stuff which was not part of our order. also to mention cold coffee. i could go on but there is not enough space to provide my utter dissapointment
