poor service/wrong orders

Every time I order from the drive though they get something wrong. They have one person standing at the menu board who takes your order then screams it to the person who places the order, who places the wrong order. When you get to the person placing the order to confirm, he/she has already sent the order though and the order cannot be changed. It is very unprofessional.<br> <br> I also very often get brown lettuce on the food, and found a hair on my chips on Friday night!<br> The service at this KFC is extremely bad!!
