Poor Service without explanation for delay

I was disappointed by the service received I ordered 24 zinger wings bucket and was made to wait for more than 20 minutes without anyone explaining the delay of them, only when I requested for a refund did they ask for the supervisor to come through. KFC PLEIN STREET CAPE TOWN
