Poor service with KFC online order expirience with KFC Madadeni

I went to KFC Madadeni branch to collect the order that was ordered 30minites ago, i was so supprised when I was paying for my food to Wendy the cashier I told her that i am here to collect. she sad with attitude I should have read my email. i have waited in the line to pay and I had to wait again in the line to receive my order for another 30min. what is the purpose of ordering online with KFC if they give us poor services like this?
